How to submit a problem

Job Submission Problem

  1. First check our Troubleshooting Guide to see whether we have a suggested solution for your problem
  2. If the problem is not listed or the solution does not resolve your problem, submit the problem

Other problems

  1. First check the Problems section to see if your problem has already been identified
  2. If the problem has not been identified then submit the problem

Submitting a problem

Send a detailed message to grow-help@grow.uiowa.edu with the following information

  1. Who experienced the problem?
  2. Can it be reproduced?
  3. When did the problem occur?
  4. Any additional useful information?

Note: In the future a webform will be available for easier submission.
